04 Apr New chef in The Ring’s „at eight“ restaurant
Andreas Klug, 30, has taken over the position as chef in The Ring Hotel restaurant “at eight” starting this march.
Klug looks back on a perfect résumé: after an apprenticeship in the restaurant “Mraz & Sohn” Klug worked in St.Moritz at the Hotel Kempinski for four seasons. Following there, his path led him to London’s Counaught hotel and the Michelin star rated “Überfahrt” in Germany.
Vienna’s hotel Sofitel and the Grand Hotel Wien’s Michelin restaurant “Le Ciel by Toni Mörwald” were the last on his impressive list of experiences.
“I have had an eye on this restaurant for quite some time. Therefore the joy is even bigger, now that it has worked out”, Klug explains about his new position.
The concept of aroma cuisine deluxe will further be held by Andreas Klug. Additionally Klug will set a focus on regional Viennese dishes as well as a vegetarian line. The menu card now presents itself three fold: The Big The Ring menu, the Vegetarian The Ring menu and the Ring Classics.
